HOW TO MAKE LOCAL IZAL IN NIGERIA.

 An Izal is a disinfectant,used for bathing, house cleaning, toilet washing.e.t.c. It is also used in most hospitals, mainly for hygienic purposes.     INGREDIENTS ARE:.                                                1.Texapon.                                                                   2.Izal concentrate.                                                    3.Izal scent.                                                                4.Izal Booster.                                                               5. Carbonic acid.                                                      6. Thickener.                                                               7. Lysol.                                                                     8. Pine oil.                                                                 9. Phenol.                                                                    To make 15 liters of izal, you need 1/4 liters of Texapon,izal concentrate,izal booster ,izal scent, carbolic acid ,phenol, Lysol and 1/2 liters of thickner. Before mixing,get some gloves and nose masks as inhaling some of the chemicals might be hazardous. First,get a bowl or bucket that takes 15 liters,then add phenol,texapon ,stir both mixture until properly dissolved  to avoid lumps . Add the pine oil,and keep on stirring, followed by the izal concentrate ,then add the izal scent.Now add booster, continue to stir as you add each new chemical.Add Lysol, carbonic acid,add the thickner.  Finally, you add water, keep on stirring to avoid lumps. The next step is to sieve the mixture,this is done in order to remove whatever particules that refused to dissolve. Package in your desired containers and your izal is ready for use or sale .
